What is the public profile page?
Every Slotwise account gets a branded profile page at slotwise.pk/your-name. It's a link-in-bio tool built for healthcare professionals — show your social links, booking options, published articles, and professional credentials all in one place. Customise colours, button styles, and section order from your dashboard.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — you get a 14-day free trial on any plan. No credit card required to start. If you decide Slotwise isn't right for your practice, just cancel before the trial ends.
What counts as an appointment?
Any confirmed booking — whether made by a patient through your booking link or manually by you — counts toward your monthly limit. Cancelled appointments do not count.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly billing is charged as a single payment equivalent to 10 monthly prices — you get 2 months free. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time.
Is my patient data secure?
Yes. Clinical notes can be protected with optional end-to-end AES-256 encryption — your passphrase never leaves your browser. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Two-factor authentication is available on every plan.
What happens if I exceed my appointment limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. If you go over, new patient bookings will be paused until the next billing cycle or you upgrade your plan.
