1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Slotwise ("the Service") at slotwise.pk, operated by Teamseven ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Description of Service
Slotwise is a scheduling platform that allows registered users ("Hosts") to share booking links with third parties ("Guests"). The Service facilitates the scheduling of meetings, integrates with Google Calendar and Google Meet, and sends automated email confirmations.
3. Account Registration
To use the full features of Slotwise you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send unsolicited communications or spam
- Collect personal data from Guests beyond what is necessary for scheduling
- Impersonate another person or organisation
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Use the Service for any illegal or harmful purpose
5. Google Integration
Slotwise integrates with Google Calendar and Google Meet via OAuth 2.0. By connecting your Google account, you authorise Slotwise to read your calendar event times (to determine availability) and create new events on your behalf. We do not store the content of your Google Calendar events beyond what is necessary to display availability.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law. Session notes may optionally be protected with client-side end-to-end encryption — see the Privacy Policy section 6 for full details.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software comprising the Service are the property of Teamseven or its licensors. You retain ownership of any content you provide (event descriptions, custom questions, session notes) but grant us a limited licence to use it solely to provide the Service.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will endeavour to communicate planned downtime in advance where practicable.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. Teamseven makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teamseven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your booking pages will no longer be accessible. Scheduled meetings are not automatically cancelled — please notify your guests separately.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Teamseven's place of incorporation. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
